    Each vendor is required to submit documentation that verifies their sustainable or ethical practices. We also conduct a thorough review of their production processes and values.

    We offer a transparent and competitive commission structure, ensuring a fair partnership. Detailed terms will be shared upon acceptance into the program.

    Our team will feature your products in seasonal campaigns, social media promotions, and email newsletters, while creating content that highlights your brand story. To enhance our marketing efforts, sending product samples to the B&B will contribute to a successful campaign.

    • We specialize in eco-friendly, sustainably sourced, and locally made home décor and goods. If your products align with these values, we’d love to have you on board!

    After signing up, our team will guide you through a quick and easy onboarding process, including product listing, pricing, and setting up your shipping preferences.

    We charge a small commission on each sale. There are no upfront listing fees, and you only pay once you make a sale. More details about our commission structure can be found in our vendor agreement.

    You can manage your inventory, orders, and product listings through our vendor dashboard or by integrating with our direct API for seamless syncing with your existing systems.

    You are responsible for shipping products directly to customers. We provide the necessary tools to communicate tracking and fulfillment details to ensure a smooth process.

    We encourage fast and efficient shipping from North America. Our customers value quick turnaround times, and we recommend shipping within 2-5 business days where possible.

    • Yes, you can use your own packaging and branding. However, we also offer white label shipping options to help you customize your packaging if you want to enhance your brand’s visibility.

    Customer payments are processed through our platform and sent to you upon our order placement with you, depending on your preferred payment method.

    Absolutely! We actively market our vendors’ products through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and featured promotions on our website.

    • We offer dedicated vendor support through live chat, email, and phone. Additionally, we provide resources and guidance to help you maximize your sales.

    We allow vendors to set their own prices. You maintain full control over your pricing, though we encourage competitive pricing in line with the marketplace to attract more customers. 

    • Yes, we do not require exclusivity. You are free to sell your products on other platforms while being a vendor on Bear & Belle.
    • Vendors have the opportunity to participate in promotions and featured collections, which are highlighted through our marketing channels. We also offer additional paid marketing options to our subscribers for increased visibility.

    As a vendor, you manage your own return and refund policies. However, we ask that you clearly outline your policies to ensure transparency and trust with customers.
